Student Financial Support Resources

Students experiencing financial hardship or food insecurity may request support from the Student Emergency Fund. To initiate the application process, please complete a Caring Community Connections form Links to an external site. for yourself and select “economic hardship” at the very bottom. An application for support from the Student Emergency Fund will then be sent to you. After it is submitted, your application will be reviewed and a decision made on support that can be provided in 3-5 business days.

Athletics

We are planning for athletics on campus this fall. The health and well-being of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans is our highest priority. Athletics is following the guidance from SMU officials, the NCAA, the American Athletic Conference, state and local public health departments and medical experts to establish appropriate safety measures for practice and competition sites.
